East Pasco FOCUSTV

Much like the rest of Central Florida, this community is quickly growing in population. Meanwhile, both Dade City and Zephyrhills are working hard to maintain the quaint atmosphere of their downtown areas. Whether it’s the growing amount of people, or the appealing small country town feel, several organizations choose to host large events here throughout the year. It seems there is always one exciting attraction here after another.

The Kumquat Festival is a tribute to the agriculture in the area, whereas the Steeplechase embraces the extensive equestrian community. From the County fair to the monthly car shows, tourism is growing in this charming area. The old-fashioned antique shops that fill downtown Dade City are a cherished favorite for the snowbirds. This area more than doubles from October through April when all of the northerners come down for the winter. Rich in history and culture, this is a wonderful community with which to get involved.
